Wonderful place with lots of character. One of the oldest restaurants in town with lots of locals and great food. Service was impeccable!

La Botte

We were the first into the restaurant and it felt a little stark, but improved enormously as a few other tables became occupied and the lights were turned down a little. The walls are all glass and offer fabulous views across the bay. The staff were professionally attentive and we wanted for nothing. Little things, such as having the salad dressing mixed adjacent to our table, made the evening feel special. The food was well presented and superbly cooked. The wine was great, but a long way from being anything akin to cheap.

It was a lovely dinner in every way but Fork helped us with a 6:30 pm reservation and the restaurant doesn&rsquo;t open until 7:30 so we didn&rsquo;t actually have a reservation.

Food was top drawer. Luckily we made a reservation as the queues outside demonstrated how much in demand this place is. Very reasonably priced for Taormina too.

The best of this restaurant is the vibe. It looks really Italian atmosphere. The food is acceptable in terms of quality-price. The service is Italian as well: &quot;A chaos&quot;. Waiters are disorganized attending all of them to all the tables and there is a kind of a &quot;maitre&quot; (it looks the owner) a little bit lost in the middle of the jungle of tables. There is lady at the entrance trying to control the reservations with not really good manners. Anyway, the place deserves to pay a visit. Unfortunately there are not too many restaurants in Taormina keeping the Italian vibe. Too much touristic exploitations without authenticity. Overexploited location.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing too, the only thing is that our waitress wasn&rsquo;t nice and and very nervous decline all that, I very recommend to go to this restaurant
